The First AI-Native Autonomous Chartered Entity
The AI-Native Autonomous Chartered Entity (ANACE) consists of three cornerstone elements; an AI-Native Team, a decentralized DAO-based governance layer (human oversight) and a legal wrapper. This construct gives rise to an entirely new organizational species. Governed Intelligence is a new paradigm for both AI and Web3.
